Diamond Resorts International joined ITP in 2010, placing them alongside other global hospitality leaders that share a commitment to collaborate for the sake of sustainable development.
Our decision to join the International Tourism Partnership demonstrates our acknowledgement of the important position Diamond shares in the hospitality industry and how vital our environmental leadership is in our global operations as we embrace all aspects of sustainability, preservation and social responsibility. We greatly value the opportunity to have the support of the International Tourism Partnership to establish a mutually beneficial relationship toward our sustainability goals.

Diamond Resorts International and Responsible Business
Diamond Resorts International have been a proactive member of ITP since 2010. In 2011 they joined the working group for the Hotel Carbon Measurement Initiative, and have consequently rolled HCMI out across their portfolio of properties.
Raising awareness amongst guests and staff about the importance of sustainability is a key component to Diamond’s responsible business strategy. This includes activities like family-friendly eco-awareness games on Earth and Ocean Day and building kitchen gardens throughout European resorts. Giving back to customers and communities is also a key component. Diamond supports numerous charities, with a particular focus on the sick, disadvantaged and less fortunate on a local and international level.
