The Sustainable Performance Operational Tool (SPOT) is an easy to use sustainability check for business operations. SPOT graphically demonstrates the sustainability of an operation, which can be used either as a management information tool or as part of a training process. SPOT structures key principles and indicators of sustainability into a robust framework, from which an appraisal of performance can be undertaken and reported against. The tool also includes a comprehensive resource library to assist you in your assessment and help with further learning.
